Answer #6 No I do not now mind you I do not know what the typical business practice is or
how he agreed to pay them. But overall I do not think he has a leg to stand on.
I do have to admit this guy is an idiot of the highest order. I am glad he got
caught I hate cheaters. My personal feelings aside, I do not think he will win
or even really have grounds for the suite. If he is not careful he could end up
having to pay his legal bills and those of 1800flowers if he loses. That would
teach him a good lesson. - answered by Dave B.
Answer #7 If the florist indicated that he was cheating, then yes, he probably does in
some sort of suit. If, however, wife called and asked who the flowers that were
charged on their joint credit card were sent to -- then likely he doesn't have a
chance.Amended -- I just read about the case. They were requested NOT to send
proof of purchase. They should not have agreed to the request if they had no
capability of keeping it. They sent a Thank You card to the house -- since he
requested that they NOT keep his information, if they were going to do this, he
should have been informed.Granted, he is still a jerk, but I think he has a
case. - answered by mj69catz
