I'm not sure which is best but I do know I tried to send some recently and the company was based in England and charged a lot more than Irish based companies. Their add made it appear they were based in Ireland.My advice is to check out a few - you can search on line - and compare prices before you purchase.

Hello , www. bloomingamazing.ie this will do for you what you want and will charge you the current price that pays them in Euro's, and those you are sendinf floweras too, will be so thrilled that you managed to do it, and their prices can be paid on line too, and you won't get ripped off either..Good Luck now, Tony M...
