Question : My friend @ work just got Mother's Day flowers from her EX!?
He's the father of her children and sends her flowers every year (from him, not the kids). Is that weird? She's happily remarried and so is he!

Answer #8 I don´t think it´s weird at all. I think it´s a very mature and sweet thing
he did. I mean maybe he realized that just because things didn´t work out
between them, she still gave him kids and that´s one thing he should be
grateful for.You go, boy! - answered by elizaday83

Answer #11 I think that is nice. She is still the mother of his children and since that
will never change, its good that they have a good relationship. I think it sets
a nice example and is healthy for the children to see them all (ex's and new
spouses) working together for the benefit of raising the kids. They are his
kids, and just because the marriage didn't work, he can still think that she is
a great mother(and vice-versa) and thank her for her hard work. - answered by mskatiegirl01
Answer #12 I think that is pretty cool...he is just thinking of her and how she brought his

Answer #14 If my ex sent me flowers.....I'd be looking for the snake he would probably hide
in the vase! - answered by scubadiverMS
Answer #15 I think it's very thoughtful and mature. It shows that even though they
couldn't agree and get along with each other, he appreciates the work she does
as co-parent of their children. One day a year it's a nice gesture. and
probably buys a little goodwill the rest of the year when compromises are
needed! - answered by asaucygal
