Question : Advice on growing Orchids?
I have decided to start growing Orchids - I would like advice on the best and most blooming varieties

Answer #2 Moth orchids and oncidiums seem easiest. I have almost all of my orchids in the
East window. They flower constantly and get huge! Nothing like when I purchased

Answer #4 I used to be hesitant about growing orchids. I have found that if I keep them
out of direct sunlight, but in a spot that gets plenty of bright in-direct light
they do very well. Also, orchids like humidity so keep them away from heat
sources. I keep my pots on a tray filled with gravel. I water the gravel once
a week or so. If the orchid looks a little droopy, I will also mist with a very
fine mister. I find I need to do this in the winter more often than the summer
because of the furnace. - answered by retropink
