Question : What do you think about ProFlowers? I just received a box this morning and they don't look very fresh.?

Answer #1 I have personally never had a problem with ProFlowers. I use them for all my

Answer #2 I concur. I use no one but Pro Flowers and they are always exquisite. Maybe the
Valentine's Day rush caused some flowers to be less than stellar, but it is
still no excuse.Call them right up--I'm sure their customer service would be

Answer #3 I had problems with them last year on Valentines day- but honestly couldn't tell
if the damaged plant was their fault or the fault of the delivery person. To
their credit - when I wrote an e-mail expressing my disappointment concerning
the condition of the plant when it arrived, they did credit my account for the
full amount. If you are nice and word your complaint carefully, they seem

Answer #4 How disappointing! Someone spent a lot of money to send them.I would definitely
call the company and complain. Valentine's Day or not, they should have sent you
fresh flowers. If they are reputable, they will replace them. - answered by mac
