Question : Where can I can fresh cut flowers for discount prices?
Flowers that are not in an arrangement are what I am looking for. Serious answers only please.

If you have a Farmer's Market in your town that would be a good place to get
discount price flowers. Some towns, like Houston TX have a "florist" row
downtown where you can get amazing flowers at cheap prices.

At a flower and plant nursery. But, likely they will require you to buy in bulk
to get any discount.

Most flower shops will sell some types of flowers before they wilt. It depends
on what you are going to do with them. You can always set up to buy the flowers
from the wholesalers yourself if you buy them in bulk. All it takes is a resale
license and a tax number.
