Question : What are you looking for when you are at an online flower shop?
I am an online florist. There are so many online florists around. How can we differentiate ourselves from the others? If you were the online customer, what would you look for (price? design?) at the online flower shop?

A florist that let you pick what flowers you want in an arrangement - the
average person knows what flowers they want but we only get standard
arrangements to chose from online. A customer would be sure of what the
recipient will receive that way.

I usually look at whats available in my price range and if they deliver where I
want them to go. It would be nice if you had variations of the types of flowers
you could send. Like 2 or three different options of the types of flowers in
each arrangement. But usually price is the first factor.
