Don't give her a flower arrangement, give her a nice plant. Or a rubber tree

assorted wild flowers. and dont bother with any kind of arangement... grandmas
would appreciate their grandkids givignt them flowers. even if its just a single
bud.lol.^_^

I think anything would be appropriate and loved by a grandmother from a
grandchild... just find something nice and she'll love it!
