Call your local florist shop, they should know. Maybe, you could even get a job
there and learn.

try your local Michaels they have a florist on site and sometimes offer classes.
I used to work for one here in Little Rock and we offerred classes untill our
florist found a new job.

Many large communities offer "adult education" classes that are craft oriented.
Keep an eye on the "community news" section of your local newspaper. They will
usually have a section on educational opportunities in your area. Senior
citizen centers also offer many kinds of classes. Good luck with your search.
